Summertime is finally here!!!!
Kicking off the summer at the Lake on Scott's Boat! The kids thought they were in heaven! Warm Weather, Cool water and a BBQ. Who could ask for better!?

Lona's Birthday...
So I left out Lona's Birthday Party til I had awesome Pictures to share. On Nov. 12th Lona Turned 30!!! I know it is hard to believe. She must drink from the fountain of youth. Darn Her youthful good looks!!!
Well Eric planned a surprise birthday party for 9pm and spent the day taking her out. Well I had to stay away so she didn't think anything was up and called to see if we could come visit about 7pm (which i knew they were on their way to a movie) She told me they weren't going to be home but to come over after so we agreed to a visit when the movie was done (she just didn't know we would have a ton of other people with us hehe so sneaky)
Well everyone got there and we were just waiting for Eric to send the "we're on our way" text , which he never did, but thankfully Lona text saying they were on their way. So I told her I was already there and let myself in. It worked perfect! I think she was super surprised and we all had a blast :) yaaay to birthdays and I hope Her Year 30 is Great!

I know, I know... I'm Updating now.
Alrighty , Sooo I have some updating to do. I haven't been very on it lately (maybe because we are no longer allowed to get on blogspot at work, blasphemy!!!) Anywho , so here it is... and I hope I remember everything , I have to refer to my camera for pictures to remember...
Ok , I'll start on October 16th... The Girls and I have been enjoying the parents ATV's - I took them out for a ride and picnic and also taught them to drive , scary I know , but they did such a good job and only ran into one bush (Gabby drives like I do). They are so darn cute with their bobble head helmets. I LOVE IT!!!
October 20th
Dad has a new position at the Police Dept... Division Chief. We are all soooo excited and hope for some great changes! (at least us girls and guys in dispatch) He is so happy and is going to be amazing. My mom got to pin his new badge on him and the Public Safety Chief , Chief Keith, pinned his new eagles on. So cute and Yes I got all teary eyed. What can I saw , I'm super proud.
October 24th
So.... Jacob , the cute boy I'm still dating (i know it is a record!!) Called and asked if I would go out to dinner with him on this day, I said I would LOVE to and Lona being the amazing person she is helped dress me in a super cute dress and heels then watched the girls for me. Well , we went to Red Lobster because I am a sucker for their rolls and endless shrimp then after that he surprised me and took me to mesquite to gamble some on the penny machines (so fun!) The next morning we headed back home and he came up with the brilliant "lets take the back scenic route" idea. I was game and rather excited because it is much prettier then the boring gorge ;) We were traveling along and talking when all of a sudden Jacob slams on the breaks , my first thoughts were "oh great , I have met a serial killer and I'm a gonner! I knew he was to perfect" well that would have been better then the real reason he decided on the quick stop... A giant spider in the road. *sigh* Well he flipped a U'y and pulled right up next to the HUGE 8 legged creature and opened his door so I could get a better look , well that wasn't good enough , he reached down and scooped the Darn thing into his hand. At that point I was out the passenger side door faster then you could blink. Jacob was about to question why I bolted so quick but didn't have a chance when the spider slipped from his hand and on to my seat only to scurry off in the car where we couldn't see it anymore. I , at that point, was about to put my thumb up and find another ride home (on the very abandoned road). Jacob tried very hard to find the darn thing and insisted he saw it run under the dash so if I just put my feet up I could watch for it while we drove. He smiled that darn smile and all I could do was roll my eyes and quietly fume as I obediently sat in my seat trying not to cry.
We are now on our way home again , my eagle eye watching for any movement, Jacob chatting away when he glanced over at me and his smile froze, he turned his head to look at the road and started to slow down. I looked over to see what made him stiffen and saw that ugly hairy spider sitting right next to me. I can honestly say I have never moved so fast in my life. Off my seat and into Jacob's lap. The second he got the car stopped I was out. Finally the spider was released back to nature and forgave him for the stupid stunt after he took me to Egg and I for breakfast. Boys!!!! What to do with them .... Sheesh!
October 27th

Halloween : Gabby was a Vampire Cheerleader and Lydia was a Mermaid. Perfect combo lol!
November 1st
MOVED INTO MY OWN PLACE...
I moved out of Lona's. I know super sad. It is all working out though. We don't live that far from each other and I still can bug her whenever I want. AHAHAHA yeah you heard me Lona! ;) Well I got a new old Pregnant table from the DI. I LOVE IT! Lona dubbed it the Prego table because it has a leaf built in it. It didn't have any chairs so Jacob and I went on a chair hunt and found 2 chairs the next day at the DI that matched it perfect! Then Jacob got me 2 really retro chairs that I fell in Love with at Urban Renewal, but didn't want to pay $119.00 for. Thankfully Jacob has the barter jean that I was born without and got them down to $40.00. Then I found a Cute bed frame on Craigs List and got the guy down to $60.00! (my first amazing barter!) and I redid an old dresser I had in a Vintage Yellow. It is so cute now. LOVE IT! Now all I have to do is refabric the old/new red chairs. Any takers? or Color Ideas?
November 9th
Jacob came over last week to tell me he has joined the National Guard... I was a little shocked he did it that fast though we did talk about him joining it is still super scary. He leaves to Basic Feb 22nd (his birthday) and gets back in June just in time to go with the 222 to Iraq... It isn't a for sure thing thank goodness, but it is a greater chance that he is going then not. They will be gone for 12 months. I am Really nervous and hope we can hold it out. Guess we still have 3 months :) Happy thoughts. Well Jacob wanted a big boy Army Haircut so I did my best to provide him with that.... (he was very sweet when it was crooked lol) So here is the first time I cut his hair the brave boy...
The day after the haircuts Jacob planned a fun date to go ATVing and building a fire to cook Hobo dinners. Well after the sitter fell through Jacob suggested we take the girls with us (aww i know so cute) and he even made them a hobo dinner to take. We get to the parents house and try to fire up one of the ATV's and it doesn't work... Oh NO! So we went to Gunlock , where we first ever hung out at a bonfire, and built our own in the same spot and made or dinners. Jacob took the girls out in the sticks to find wood and they were sooo excited to help. It turned out to be a fun night and yes I forgot my camera. I know FIRED! But I did get pictures from this last Saturday when we took the girls out to the lava caves. He even got them Tinkerbell Head lamps. They were lovin' it.
